Hi, I'm Caro(lin), a yoga teacher in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
I got into yoga a few years ago through a friend and since then I've been hooked.
My mission is to pass on yoga. Honest, authentic and accessible. Yoga is not about the pose. It's about the relationship with yourself.
I broaden my horizons on my travels, gain new (yogi) experiences and incorporate these into my work. I am a doer, caring and like to get lost in details but that is exactly what makes me special and unique.
