In the lovingly designed rooms of the Kleine Amalie, Jasmin Tara Yoga offers you a mindful, calm and regenerating practice. Flooded with light, warm and with a special atmosphere, the room invites you to arrive, take a deep breath and let go.
The classes combine elements of Vinyasa Yoga, Yin & Somatic Yoga, Hormone Yoga and a gentle practice for women's health. A particular focus is on supporting hormone balance - targeted exercises, conscious breathing and stress-regulating movement sequences calm the nervous system and promote hormonal balance in a natural way.
The focus is on a conscious, appreciative approach to one's own body. The flowing and calm sequences help to release tension, reduce stress and rediscover your own rhythm - particularly beneficial in challenging phases of life such as menstrual irregularities, PMS or the menopause.
