In our training we offer traditional Kyokushin Karate & K-1 Kickboxing - based on the system of the old school of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama.
Training overview:
Monday: Kyokushin training with Piotr (3 Dan), technique, kata, fitness, strength & agility
Wednesday: K-1 kickboxing training with Mario (2 Kyu), stretching, punch & kick combinations, sparring
