Our courses can be booked online in the Hansefit partner program and take place live via Zoom. You can find the relevant links directly under the online courses.
If you prefer to train on site, you can reserve your place after contacting us briefly - this way your place is guaranteed!
The Hansefit online program includes BackFit, fascia training, body shaping, body workout, HIIT, functional mat training, Pilates, pelvic floor training, postnatal training and AROHA.
Other highlights such as JumpingFit, HulaDichFit and Liebscher & Bracht bottleneck stretching can be found exclusively in my course program.
