Fancy some fresh air?
Then come along and train with us all year round, outside in the fresh air! This course takes place on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm or 7.15pm to 8.15pm.

If you want to stay healthy and fit in the long term, you can do this with functional outdoor training, among other things. Regular training in the fresh air strengthens the immune system and helps you get through the year healthier. It's not just about creating the most beautiful body, but staying healthy in the long term. Muscle building or muscle maintenance essentially contributes to being able to move pain-free into old age, it increases physical and mental resilience, it strengthens the cardiovascular system, helps with high or low blood pressure, a higher muscle percentage leads to an increased metabolism and thus promotes fat burning. These are just some of the benefits of regular muscle-building training.
