LAUF-KRAFT-ZIRKEL - also ideal for beginners (walking possible!!)

Welcome to the running/strength circuit! Do you fancy a varied workout combining moderate jogging/walking and strength/endurance units? Then this course is just right for you! The combination of strength training and short runs will not only increase your muscle strength and flexibility, but also your cardio fitness.

For this course, you will need a small sitting mat and possibly gloves.
You don't have to run regularly to take part. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Give yourself a good workout, burn off some calories and say goodbye to your weaker self!

We train with your own body weight, mini-bands or similar. Small equipment.

It is advisable to have a pair of (cycling) gloves and/or a very small towel with you for the training (for contact with the ground outside).

Train in a motivated group and benefit from my professional support.
