Description

No matter how fast you currently are - you are welcome here as long as you are motivated to start running or to improve your running. We don't "just" run. We deal with topics such as the right running technique, efficient training, suitable equipment, optimal nutrition and race preparation.

Planned schedule: January-March: We meet on Saturdays for an intensive hour, which we schedule together as a group. Indoors (gym) we focus on running technique and running-specific strength training, while outdoors we work on our endurance and speed with varied units such as intervals, easy runs and tempo runs.

In summer, we move our training outside and supplement it with community runs, which also include longer runs. It is important to us that all participants attend regularly so that they can prepare for their run in a structured and successful way.

Participation in the running training is as usual via the tickets and prices we offer. Participation is counted as normal training. Members of USC, Gympass and Wellpass can also take part and check in on site using the QR code or reserve a spot in advance via the app.
