Bodytension is a health-oriented strength and fitness training program.
The training is based on scientifically developed training methods.
The individual and intensive support leads to the creation of a training program tailored to the performance and training goal, as well as close support and supervision of individual training steps.
Training on the individually adjustable equipment builds muscle and increases strength, which reduces chronic pain in the spine and weight-bearing joints.
Medically proven findings form the basis of Bodytension.
Many effects of health-oriented strength training have been investigated and described to date.
