Description

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that is thousands of years old and includes
- Asanas (physical movements)
- pranayama (breathing techniques)
- meditation and
- mantras.

It serves to awaken the life energy (Kundalini), expand your consciousness, release inner blockages and balance both your body and mind. It is powerful and transformative and strengthens body, mind and soul at the same time.

During the yoga sessions, you balance your
- nervous system and
- glandular system
and work on
- your 8 chakras (energy centers of your body) and
- your 10 bodies (including soul, spirit, aura and physical body).

The techniques of Kundalini Yoga are not unworldly methods. They have been put together for people who are fully involved in life, i.e.
- have a family
- have a job or
- are confronted in their own way with everyday life in modern society.
In other words, for people like you and me.

The targeted exercises
- strengthen your nerves
- bring your glandular system into balance
- release deep-seated tension,
