NEW: Pilates
Pilates aims to systematically train the entire body through the following triad:
stretching exercises
Strengthening exercises
breathing exercises

According to Joseph Pilates' theory, those who consciously concentrate on movement and breathing increase self-awareness and body awareness - and can thus connect body and mind.

Vinyasa Yoga
In this class, you will experience flowing, creative and dynamic movement sequences in which the body positions and breath merge together. The result is a meditative flow that energizes you and brings your body into a state of outer fitness and harmony.
After this session, you will not only feel physically better and fitter, but also bursting with energy and joie de vivre.


Yin yoga and relaxation techniques
You know how it is: In hectic everyday life, rest and relaxation are often neglected. This makes it all the more important to consciously take care of this - in this course you will practise a calm yoga session. Meditations, breathing exercises and various holistic relaxation methods will help you to let go of stress and invite more relaxation into your everyday life.

Everyone is welcome - by varying the exercises, both courses are suitable for beginners as well as advanced yogis and yoginis.
