BLOCK COURSES on site:
Courses can mainly be booked as a block course (between 8 - 12 weeks). This allows you to grow together in a closed group and really see progress in your yoga practice.
Short-term participation with a one-way ticket is also possible if places are available.
IMPORTANT: For your course block you pay a reservation fee of 25-35€ (depending on the length of the course) and thus secure your place for the entire block course.
ONLINE:
All courses also take place live online and are included for all Hansefit members.
ABOUT:
🧘 ✨ 🪷 Upaya is a boutique wellbeing studio, founded and run by Elisa Kley, centrally located in beautiful Hanover Linden (S-Bahn line 10). In addition to yoga classes, you will also find a wide range of Ayurveda content, such as nutritional consultations, workshops and day retreats. All yoga classes are taught by Elisa herself. Her style: a very special and modern mix of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga combined with elements of Kundalini Yoga. All courses incorporate the knowledge of Ayurveda, the Indian health science.
EQUIPMENT:
The studio is equipped with the highest quality and sustainable yoga mats, probs and furnishings. The maximum class size is 11 people. This means that Upaya offers quality support and a personal atmosphere for growth (both inside and on the mat).

Cancellations:
If you are ill or unable to attend, you can make up for it on one of the other days without any problems. If you do not want to or cannot make up the course, Upaya will charge a cancellation fee of 15€.
