The NiO Movement Club is THE address in the center of Neumünster (Großflecken 47, entrance via Fürsthof) when it comes to functional training and martial arts in a personal atmosphere! In addition to our supervised OpenGym times, we offer qualified training courses in groups with a maximum of 16 participants. Our range of courses focuses on functional fitness, mobility, boxing, kickboxing, grappling, defense - self-defense, Strong&Fit and parkour (Move Lab).
