Our private fitness studio is more than just a place to train - with us you are part of our family, not a number in the system. We look after you individually and offer a varied program: classic fitness training, dynamic martial arts and courses such as step aerobics, yoga, Pilates and abdominal exercises. Our gender-segregated sauna is available for you to relax in, and free cold drinks, coffee and tea provide a little energy boost. Welcome to your second home!
