Our equipment training is characterized by a therapeutically high-quality training plan and personal support during training. By training by appointment, we ensure that our equipment room is not overcrowded and that a therapist is always available as a contact person. To create a training plan that is precisely tailored to your needs, we start with a preliminary consultation. Together we will work out your training goals according to your physical requirements and wishes. A performance test helps us to create a truly individual training plan. And by training on an appointment basis, you will find it much easier to overcome your inner couch potato and plan your training times firmly into your everyday life.
And then off you go, on top-equipped equipment, at fixed times and always with a therapist in the background to give you tips and assistance and correct your posture if necessary. Your contact person on the training area will regularly check your training results and adjust the level of performance to your progress. The personal atmosphere in our studio and the individual support stabilize your motivation and stamina. Thanks to the professional view of your movement sequences, you will not run the risk of incorrect strain and overtraining.
