Our small course studio is closely linked to a physiotherapy center and offers a pleasant atmosphere for anyone who wants to keep fit. In our classes, we emphasize exercise and fun. We offer both training with and without equipment, so there is something for everyone.

A special attraction is our "Keep Fit Circuit", which is specifically designed to promote fitness. In addition to sporting activities, our participants have the opportunity to enjoy relaxing massages or take part in guided meditations to calm the mind. Our aim is to promote holistic wellbeing and create a positive experience for all.
