Description
We are a course studio. In our handstand courses, you will learn an aesthetic, controlled handstand step by step. We also focus on other aspects of training with your own body weight.
You have no previous experience and a fair amount of respect for going upside down? No problem! We'll start from scratch and bring you closer to your ambitious goal in small steps.
