We want to support you in calming down and recharging your batteries, creating inner resilience, self-empowerment and transformation. Through various movement and healing methods - from inspired yoga, barre, Pilates, breathing and meditation classes, to dance, creativity and sound - we invite you to experience something new in every session.
At NUMI we also have a special offer that is specifically geared towards pregnant women, moms, babies, kids & teens.
Our beautiful, light-flooded studio is located in Ickstattstraße in the Glockenbachviertel. We also offer courses at the following locations: Studio numi Zenettiplatz, Geburtshaus Pasing, Hebammenpraxis Bauchgefühl, Somos - Zentrum für ganzheitliche Therapie in Sendling, Geburtshaus Westend. Please note this when booking your course.
