noXcs - No Excuses: No excuses!

Sport in a small group with like-minded people - simple and efficient. Work out together and harmonize body and soul at the same time. Always different - always new!

noXcs training: We start with a relaxed warm-up, as warming up the muscles reduces the risk of injury enormously. We continue with a technique school or strength unit, followed by HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), usually in the form of a circuit and always with a different focus. Equipment such as BattleRope, KettleBells, sling trainers, barbells and cardio equipment such as the Assault Bike, Ski Erg and Rower are used here. At the end of the class, we stretch and promote mobility and flexibility. The individual sessions always last 60 minutes.

Who can take part?
Basically anyone can take part! The training sessions are adapted to the individual fitness level and can be easily varied by the number of repetitions, weights, resistance or different versions of the exercise. Nobody needs to be afraid! The only mistake you can make is not to try!

noXcs Yoga: In this yoga session, participants can expect a calm, gentle and dynamic slow flow of Hatha and Vinyasa elements. The practice invites you to consciously start moving. The class is complemented by calming breathing exercises and short meditations that support the nervous system. The result is a soothing break from everyday life in which body awareness is strengthened and space is created for rest, grounding and new energy. Space for movement & Rest.
Yoga in a small group - mindful, clear and accessible. The sessions invite you to consciously step out of everyday life, move, breathe and calm down. The focus is on slowing down, presence and the interplay of body, breath and mind.
noXcs Yoga - a place to arrive, breathe deeply and slow down.

Who can take part?
The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of yoga experience or flexibility. The practice can be individually adapted and invites you to mindfully explore your own possibilities, without pressure to perform or compare.

What to bring:
The necessary equipment and even a fridge full of drinks is all on site. Bring a good mood, motivation and a towel. Loose sportswear and clean sneakers are obligatory. Please be there at least 5 minutes before the start so that we can start on time and make full use of the lesson.

With ideally 2-3 sessions per week, you will see a significant improvement in performance and technique pretty quickly &! Due to the small groups, the training adapts to your personal progress and can be individually scaled.
