We are a state-of-the-art EMS studio. Thanks to our unique and scientifically based training method of combining strength (using electrical muscle stimulation = EMS) and flexibility (muscle length training to increase flexibility and improve the body's ability to absorb any strength training), very good results can be achieved in a short space of time that cannot otherwise be achieved with either conventional or EMS strength training. Our light and airy rooms directly on the Isar in the Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt district ensure a pleasant climate and feel-good atmosphere in the middle of Munich at all times. Each training session is always led by one of our certified and experienced trainers with a maximum of one other training partner. The co-payment is currently payable in cash, and after the introduction of a payment terminal later also by card payment.
