A unique place in Mönchengladbach
Germany's first climbing church is located in Mönchengladbach, in the Waldhausen district, in the former parish church of St. Peter.
The special ambience of the historic church building makes the climbing church an extraordinary place - far more than just a climbing hall. We see ourselves as a meeting place where people of all ages can come together: Old and young, big and small, beginners, professionals or visitors who simply want to enjoy the atmosphere. Everyone is welcome here.
Our climbing areas
Indoor area: On 1,300 m² we offer wall heights of up to 13 m, with beginner areas, differently inclined walls and a large overhang for professionals. Everyone will find the right challenge here.
Bouldering area: You can boulder on the 180 m² gallery - including a breathtaking view over the entire hall.
Outdoor area: When the weather is nice, our terrace and garden invite you to watch the action on the large outdoor boulder, on the slackline or on the giant ladder - or to get active yourself.
