Description
The Minden summer pool is an outdoor pool in the East Westphalian town of Minden and is located in the inner city district of Minden in the Weser floodplains. After the local authority was no longer able to finance the pool and it was closed, the pool was reopened in May 2003 thanks to civic involvement. Since then, it has been run by an association of volunteers and citizens of Minden. Together with the Weser Stadium, the summer pool is part of the "Weser Sports Park".
