Description

In Zen meditation, we achieve inner peace and serenity and find our way back to ourselves. Our creative powers are awakened - we begin to blossom more and more.
By no longer taking ourselves so seriously, we also learn to take life more lightly. This enables us to cope with the demands of everyday and professional life more effortlessly.

As meditation can only take place in a relaxed state, it is important to find a sitting posture that suits your own physical abilities. This is why we offer a variety of sitting positions: from the classic lotus position to sitting on your knees on a bench or higher cushion to sitting on a chair.

Alternating with the upright, mindful sitting in silence (zazen), twice for approx. 20 minutes, we also practise walking meditation (kinhin), a conscious striding in harmony with the group. The meditation evening ends with a spiritual talk. Special emphasis is placed on personal support for the participants. There is the opportunity for individual discussions.

Leader:
Dr. Natalia Kopfer, born in 1966, found her way to Zen via the natural sciences.
Christian Kopfer, born in 1963, came to Zen via Asian martial arts and Chinese health systems.

Both are students of Zen master Zensho W. Kopp and Zen teachers authorized by him. They have been undergoing his intensive training for over 25 years.
