In addition to the Open Gym, you have the opportunity to take part in a varied course program. The course flat rate of €35 gives you unlimited access to all courses:

CrossFit - functional full-body training with constantly varying workouts.

Powerlifting - focus on increasing strength in the basic exercises squat, bench press and deadlift.

Strength club - structured strength training for more stability and muscle building.

Endurance - cardiovascular training for more endurance and performance.

Yoga - flexibility, balance and regeneration for body and mind.

Olympic weightlifting - technique and strength training in the snatch and clean and jerk disciplines.

Gymnastic - body control, coordination and skills such as handstands and pull-ups.
