Work of balance is a Pilates and mobility studio in three different districts of Lübeck. You can find our range of courses on our homepage www.workofbalance.de.
We offer Pilates in different facets: Power Pilates, Pilates for postnatal recovery, Pilates & Mobility, Pilates Prevention and Senior Pilates.
You can take part in our classes on site or online via Zoom with live transmission and interaction with your trainer.
