How booking with Hansefit works
1. registration & one-time visibility
The courts can only be reserved via the Playtomic app.
Please register there once and search for Tennishalle Lotte.
Then book a court at least three days in advance and cancel the booking afterwards. You will then be stored in the system and will be visible to us.
2. send your member ID
So that we can activate your Hansefit membership, please send us your membership ID by e-mail.
3. discount in the app
As soon as you are registered with us, the Hansefit discount is automatically displayed in the app.
From this point on, you only need to check in at the gym each time you visit.
4. scan the QR code
Please scan the Hansefit QR code on the door, on the wall or in the interior every time you visit.
If the QR code is not scanned repeatedly (twice), we reserve the right to temporarily deactivate the Hansefit membership link.
Important:
Your share of the booked space is free of charge for the first hour with Hansefit.
