Description
Courts can only be reserved via the Playtomic app. Register once and search for Tennishalle Lotte. Then book a court at least three days in advance and cancel the booking afterwards. You will then be stored in the system and visible to us.
To activate your membership, you must send us your membership ID by e-mail.
Once it has been entered, the discount will appear in the app. From then on, all you have to do is check in at the hall.
Please scan the Hansefit QR code on the door/wall or inside the hall.
If the QR code is forgotten repeatedly (twice), we reserve the right to withdraw or deactivate the customer's Hansefit membership link.
Your share of the booked space is free of charge with Hansefit (1st hour).
