In our salt cave, you can expect more than just "therapy". Surrounded by several tons of salt and relaxing sounds, you can enjoy a relaxing and soothing stay.
In the rock salt grotto, you can recover from the stresses and strains of everyday life and at the same time experience the healing effect of salt on your body. The special healing effect of natural salt has been known to us for thousands of years.
However, this is almost always associated with a more or less long journey, namely to the place where the salt unfolds its effect.
The conditions in our salt cave are ideal for this. This is because the concentration of active molecules (NaCl, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and, above all, iodine) in the grotto is significantly higher than at the seaside. The microclimate of our grotto can therefore help to alleviate various complaints such as respiratory/bronchial complaints, respiratory diseases and allergies.
On comfortable loungers and with cuddly blankets, a visit to the salt grotto is like a little break from everyday life.
There are special visiting times for families so that children can also enjoy a carefree stay. Here the little ones can "salt" directly in the salt with clean sandals. We are happy to provide you with toys for your stay.
