Primus works with modern training equipment, some of which is controlled by hydrausch, which can be easily operated using personalized training cards/bracelets.
After a brief medical history and detailed instruction on the individual training devices, independent training takes place under the supervision of qualified sports therapists/sports scientists and fitness trainers.
