I currently have three online offers to help you deal with stress better, calm down and strengthen your inner resilience:
Resilience impulses:
Learn how to deal with challenges more calmly, build your mental strength and reconnect with yourself in everyday life. Every week, we focus on one pillar of resilience - with impulses, exercises suitable for everyday life and small tasks for in between.
Autogenic training:
In this course, you will learn the autogenic training method step by step. You will find it easier to calm down, be able to switch off better and at the same time support your sleep and regeneration.
Fantasy journeys:
Guided mental journeys help you to switch off and recharge your batteries. With a calming voice and soothing images, I guide you through relaxing scenarios that help you to leave the day behind and relax deeply - without any previous experience.
In planning:
An online course on stress management is already in preparation, with practical strategies and techniques on how to recognize stress in everyday life in good time and deal with it better.
I am a stress management trainer, relaxation trainer for autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation, resilience trainer, mindfulness trainer and health coach.
If there is sufficient demand, I also offer face-to-face courses in Lindau. If you are interested, please send me a message and I will put you on the waiting list!
