Description
At the FunFitFactory in Ebnesfeld (Unterneuses district), all courses take place exclusively OUTDOOR. All year round in almost any weather. We have a solid roof over our heads and are protected from rain and sun.
The number of participants is limited. It is therefore essential to register in advance.
The course times are as follows:
Tuesday 18:30: HOT IRON (barbell strength training)
Thursday 18:30 BOOSTAR(cardio fitness)
