Description
In my lessons, I demonstrate all the positions and correct them if necessary. This means that I pay attention to your physical condition and abilities so that you can perform the exercises healthily and correctly. You decide for yourself what you are comfortable with and what you are not. I offer many positions in variations. You therefore choose the level of difficulty yourself.
