Our groups are small, the atmosphere is personal and mindful - very different from a traditional studio.
Whether gentle or challenging, each class begins with a moment of arrival and ends with an impulse for your life off the mat.

You can book our yoga classes directly on our website without paying extra. Select the desired course in the course schedule and click on 'Book individually'. At the end of the booking process, you can enter the voucher code HANSEFIT and pay nothing. On site, simply scan our QR code with your Hansefit app and then show the confirmation to the course instructor.
