Hi, I'm Jana ... a passionate yoga teacher and world explorer with a scientific background. I am happy to pass on the tradition of yoga to you in a modern and scientifically sound way. To do this, I use the ancient wisdom and philosophies from India paired with the latest findings in body therapy.
My yoga practice combines the traditions of Ayurveda with its five elements and effective methods from exercise physiology. With my professional guidance, I would like to lead you back to your natural movement behavior.
