Our training is suitable for all fitness levels and is specially tailored to the needs of the female body before and after pregnancy.
💪 The LAUFMAMALAUF concept combines effective full-body training in the form of circuit training 🏋️♀️ in the fresh air 🌳 with plenty of time for personal interaction 🗣️. A balanced mix of coordination, mobilization, strengthening and cardio makes the training particularly varied.
