How the boot camp is structured
Each session follows a tried-and-tested sequence that combines effective training, safety and team spirit:
Warm-up and Mobility
We start with a targeted warm-up and mobilization exercises to optimally prepare the body for the training.
Main part
The focus is on functional full-body exercises - partly with your own body weight and partly with equipment such as resistance bands. All training equipment is provided by our trainers.
Strength and strength endurance
We target strength, endurance and coordination in alternating formats.
Final challenge
A small team challenge awaits at the end - motivating, activating and a real push for a sense of community.
Because our motto is:
Workout together - challenge yourself - and change your mind.
Please bring your own: A towel or your own mat - we will provide everything else.
