The BootCamp offers indoor, outdoor and online courses.
Indoor courses:
Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Functional Training, HIIT, Mobility, Pilates
Outdoor courses:
Calisthenics, BootCamp, Running Club
Online courses:
These are not for HanseFIT members

Important information for Hansefit members
To ensure your participation runs smoothly, please note the following steps:
How to book correctly:
Select your desired course in our course calendar:
https://dasbootcamp.de/buchung/
Then book a free Hansefit ticket via our booking system.
Also check in to the Hansefit app on the day of the course.
Show your successful Hansefit check-in to the trainer at check-in.
Your training can only be billed correctly if you have completed your check-in via the Hansefit app.
Validity
The Hansefit ticket is only valid for indoor and outdoor classes.
Online classes cannot be booked via Hansefit.
Important notes
Participation may be refused without a proper Hansefit check-in.
In this case, it is possible to purchase a regular one-way ticket on site.
Non-Hansefit members are obliged to book a regular ticket option.
We reserve the right to charge for incorrect bookings.
Cancellation and fairness
Please cancel your course at least 12 hours before the start of the course if you are unable to attend.
A booked place blocks capacity. At the same time, we will not receive any compensation without a check-in. In the past, it has often happened that trainers were on site without participants.
We therefore reserve the right to charge for the respective course format (indoor or outdoor) if you do not cancel on time or do not show up.

This is how an outdoor bootcamp training is structured:

Each session follows a tried and tested sequence that combines effective training, safety and team spirit:

Warm-up & Mobility
At the beginning, we prepare the body optimally for the training with a targeted warm-up and mobilization exercises.
Main part
The focus is on functional full-body exercises - partly with your own body weight and partly with equipment such as resistance bands. All training equipment is provided by our trainers.
Strength & Strength endurance
We target strength, endurance and coordination in a variety of formats.
Final challenge
A small team challenge awaits at the end - motivating, activating and a real push for a sense of community.

Please bring your own: A towel or your own mat - we will provide everything else.
