Experience innovative training in our holistic health studio! You can expect a modern training area with EGYM equipment, electronic FLEX equipment, a spacious free weights area and a variety of cardio equipment. We also offer up to 20 varied classes per week, including back fitness, Pilates, yoga, Zumba and Tabata.
Our wireless EMS training, which can be ideally combined with exciting strength training videos or cardio equipment, ensures a particularly effective workout.
Would you like to use our training area? You will need an RFID chip for the EGYM equipment - bring your own or buy one on site for €5.
