My offer for you includes my Vinyasa BASIC course, which is dynamic but simply structured and perfect for beginners and returners.
Or if you need deep relaxation, then you are welcome to join my YIN yoga class, where we go into deep stretching and let go of everything that no longer belongs to us!
It's that simple:
1. select your desired online course in my course schedule.
2. register for the course as usual via the Hansefit app.
You will then receive the link to the online course by email in good time before the start of the class.
