These are my online yoga classes:
➡️ BASIC Yoga | every Monday 6.00 - 7.00 pm
This course is a BASIC Vinyasa Yoga course. You will be guided step by step through the yoga class with detailed instructions. The focus is on learning the correct alignment and relaxed breathing during the yoga practice. The class is slightly dynamic and is perfect for beginners and those returning to yoga.
➡️ YIN Yoga | every Monday 7.30 - 8.30 pm
Yin yoga is a very calm and passive yoga style. You practise it without muscle tension and mainly sitting and lying down. You stay in each posture (asana) for about three to five minutes. This allows you to achieve a gentle but effective stretch without any pressure to perform. The focus here is on the deeper layers of the body, such as the connective tissue and fascia.
This class is particularly suitable for those who want to take a break from everyday life.
It's that simple:
1. choose one of the above online courses.
2. register for the yoga class as usual with your Hansefit app via "Courses".
You will then receive the Zoom link to the online class in your Hansefit app in good time before the class starts.
