These are my yoga classes in Langenhagen-Kaltenweide:
➡️ BASIC Yoga | every Monday 6.00 - 7.00 pm
This course is a BASIC Vinyasa Yoga course. You will be guided step by step through the yoga class with detailed instructions. The focus is on learning the correct alignment and relaxed breathing during the yoga practice. The class is slightly dynamic and is perfect for beginners and those returning to yoga.
➡️ YIN Yoga | every Monday 7.30 - 8.30 pm
Yin yoga is a very calm and passive yoga style. You practise it without muscle tension and mainly sitting and lying down. You stay in each posture (asana) for about three to five minutes. This allows you to achieve a gentle but effective stretch without any pressure to perform. The focus here is on the deeper layers of the body, such as the connective tissue and fascia.
This class is particularly suitable for those who want to take a break from everyday life.

Select your desired course in my course schedule on Eversports at www.tatsaechlichyoga.de. There you can register for the course with the "Hansefit 50 (10-point card) and you are guaranteed a place. This points card is valid for one year.
Would you like to take part online free of charge? Then book into one of my two courses mentioned above with your Hansefit app via "Courses". You will receive a Zoom link approx. 15 minutes before the course starts.
