I'm really looking forward to welcoming you to Tatsächlich Yoga! Are you looking for a way to flexibly organize your yoga practice on site and be there live? Great, because with your Hansefit membership you are very welcome at my premises!
My offer for you includes my Vinyasa BASIC course, which is dynamic but simply structured and is perfect for beginners and those returning to yoga.
Or if you need deep relaxation, then you are welcome to join my YIN yoga class, where we go into deep stretching and let go of everything that no longer belongs to us!
It's that simple:
Select your desired course in my course schedule on Eversports at www.tatsaechlichyoga.de. There you can register for the course with the "10 points card Hansefit 50" (valid for one year) and you are guaranteed a place.
Just come to the studio in good time before the class starts and check in!
