Description
In our loft studio La Belle, you can train in small groups on a spacious 210 m² area with a ceiling height of 3.80 m on nine high-quality poles in a familiar and protected atmosphere. We offer you plenty of room and space for your creativity, always accompanied by our professionally trained instructors. From beginner to advanced level, as well as the many other facets of pole sports, we offer a wide range of varied course formats, always with the highest quality at the highest level. A separate changing area, an inviting lounge and a coffee and tea corner invite you to make yourself comfortable here during your training breaks. For your convenience, there is a direct connection to the ÜSTRA light rail system and plenty of free parking spaces in front of the studio.

Since 2015, Martha's great passion as owner has been pole sport and its many facets. After her first contact with the trend sport, she completed her first certified pole instructor training at the ADC in Hamburg in the same year, followed by all other certificates up to the highest possible level over the next few months. She also trained there as a contemporary pole and exotic pole instructor. ( High Heels Dance)
In October 2020, Martha realized a lifelong dream and opened La Belle. The focus is on health-oriented, high-quality training with comprehensive, individual support. She benefits from her full-time job: she has been working as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit for 18 years now. This specialist knowledge provides an excellent basis for working as a pole trainer with the highest standards of health-oriented training quality.
With La Belle, Martha has created a place that not only offers training, but is a second home where everyone who is curious, fun and ambitious about pole sports is welcome.
