Welcome to our bright, spacious Pilates studio for Reformer Pilates in Braunschweig/Lamme.
Quality, precision, individual care and your health are our focus. We work in small groups with a maximum of seven participants so that our trainers can respond individually to you and your fitness level.
Our 60-minute Reformer classes regularly cost €27. As a Hansefit member, you receive a €12 discount and only pay the remaining €15.
We offer three levels of difficulty: Beginner - Mixed-Level and Advanced courses. Our jumpboards and small equipment, which we can integrate into our classes, make your training even more varied.
CHECK- IN: Please register on site and scan the QR code with your Hansefit app at the counter. The confirmation of your check-in will then appear immediately on your smartphone.
Please bring your own:
- Stopper socks, comfortable clothing and a towel if necessary.
Use the code "HanseKM" when purchasing your drop-in card.
With this code you pay only 15€ instead of 27€.
Please note: If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a cancellation invoice in the amount of one drop-in class.
