Start the day mindfully with Mindful Morning Yoga, flow dynamically through Vinyasa Yoga sequences or find deep relaxation in Yin Yoga. My classes combine movement, breathing and presence - for more calm, strength and inner balance.

Yoga is the best way to start the day. Enjoy the magic of the new day with a gentle yoga flow that awakens your senses, strengthens and stretches the body and deepens the breath. We combine breath and movement, flowing from one posture to the next, taking time to arrive and linger in individual postures, aligning ourselves to start the day stronger and more focused.

Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Fusion helps you to switch off after a long day and come back to yourself.
This class is a sequence of Vinyasa Yoga elements and Yin Yoga postures, structured in such a way that deep relaxation is possible.
The dynamic sequences of a Vinyasa flow release pent-up stress, while the deep stretching in the Yin Yoga postures help your mind to calm down.
Yin Yoga - restore and relax: Thursday 18:00-19:15
Yin yoga is a calm and gentle yoga practice that is mainly practiced while sitting or lying down. By staying in the individual postures for longer periods of time, the subtle energies are addressed via the fasciae. According to traditional Chinese medicine, these meridians serve as conduits for qi, or life energy. Yin yoga releases blockages in the meridians so that the energy can flow freely again. This activates your body's self-healing powers and strengthens your immune system.
