Description

Take time for the most important thing of all: "The health of body and mind."

The focus is always on the individual and the practice is tailored to the needs and abilities of each person. Yoga is therefore suitable for everyone, regardless of age, previous experience or fitness level.

As the course dates build on each other, we recommend attending the entire course.

The courses start on 13.01./ 14.1.2026 10 x

A trial lesson is possible at any time by arrangement.

Tuesday 9.00 - 10.30 a.m.
Wednesday 17.45 - 19.15 Gentle yoga in the evening



The body
We practise the yoga postures, the asanas, mindfully in flowing movement sequences, the vinyasas, dynamically and statically. They are individually adapted to the needs of the participants. Flexibility and strength, but also stability and lightness are a gift of yoga that comes with continuous practice.

The breath
In yoga, we learn to combine movement and breath. Getting to know the "art of mindful breathing" is also a goal of these courses. Maintaining calm and clarity even in difficult situations.

The mind
Each yoga posture is combined with mindful breathing and leads to a meditation in motion that instantly calms the mind. We learn to perceive the present moment, not to endure it, but to enjoy it.
