I offer the following courses in 70806 Kornwestheim:
#Kundalini Yoga for all - every Tuesday from 20:00 - 21:30
The course is suitable for beginners and advanced students. You can join the ongoing course at any time by prior arrangement. Max. 11 people
Location: Kirchstraße 17, 70806 Kornwestheim (Philipp-Matth. -Hahn Gemeindehaus). The course room is open from 19:40 and yoga mats, cushions, blocks and blankets are available on site. Please do not eat anything 1.5 hours before yoga and come in comfortable clothing. You are welcome to bring something to drink. I will provide tea on site
Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. However, sometimes you have to search a little longer.
