Description
My course in Kornwestheim is an ongoing course and there are currently still two places available.
The "Yoga with and after cancer" offer is aimed at those affected and family members. I completed the additional training "Yoga and Cancer" in 2022 and am also a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and psycho-oncological counselor.
Course times: Every Thursday from 19:30 - 20:45
Course location: Murrstrasse 18, 70806 Kornwestheim (the entrance is on the side and is located in a private house)
You can book my yoga classes individually or take part in my yoga and cancer course with a 10-person card. Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are available on site. I always offer tea in my yoga class. Come in comfortable clothes and bring something to drink. Ideally, please do not eat anything 1.5 hours before yoga. Please let me know if you have any questions. My classroom is always open 15 minutes before the class starts. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
