The WTplus Academy My in Bad Wildungen is part of the European WingTsun Organization (EWTO for short). Managed by Cosimo My and his team, the academy is a professional training facility for self-defense with a focus on fitness, spirit and lifestyle.
The WingTsun innovation
WTplus is the first hybrid learning system for WingTsun worldwide. Built on flexibility, simple structures and motivating learning experiences, WingTsun is suitable for men and women of all ages.
We teach WingTsun as a complete, holistic discipline (body, mind, philosophy). In addition to self-defense skills, this also develops higher personal standards, such as self-confidence, inner balance and a higher stress limit.
