With Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, you can look forward to a flowing, energizing yoga class that gets you moving and at the same time leads you into a conscious connection with yourself.
Powerful flows, playful balancing postures and activating sun kriyas (cleansing techniques) combine to create a dynamic practice that ignites your inner warmth (agni) and releases new energy. The focus is on the interplay of breath and movement, which brings you into a lively flow.
There is room to find your own pace and develop a balance between strength and lightness, attuned to the blossoming season of spring.
