Description
Qi Gong at the KWA Rosenau has now been running for 3 years and the course room is in the basement in the sports department.
Treat yourself to a break from everyday life. We will move together but also relax. We practise sitting or standing. In Qi Gong we work with the imagination. The exercises are therefore also suitable if you have physical limitations.
This course is not hybrid. Only on site in presence. Only with prior registration.
