Eight course sessions of 2.5 hours each (over 8 weeks)
Mindfulness exercises in rest and movement
Mindful body awareness (BodyScan and yoga)
Sitting and walking meditations
Exchange in pairs and in the group
Impulse lectures on topics such as stress, self-care, self-regulation, difficult communication
Day retreat/mindfulness day to deepen the practice (5-6 hours)
Training manual and audio files for exercises at home
Small groups of up to 10 people.
Individual follow-up discussion if required
