At Lakeforce CrossFit, we combine functional movements from weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance training in 60-minute group training sessions.

Circuit 45:
45 minutes to improve your fitness with accessible moves and fun workouts - sweat and have fun with others!
Gymnastics Workshops:
Spend quality time developing specific skills beyond regular CrossFit classes - handstands, pull-ups, muscle-ups and more!
Weightlifting Workshops:
Learn proper technique, work on different positions and prepare to lift heavy in the main Olympic lifting techniques.

Open Gym:
