In the lively district of Cologne-Rodenkirchen, centrally located in the Sommershof Passage, we look forward to welcoming you to our premises and devoting a great deal of attention to your concerns.
The studio is located on the second floor of the Sommershof Passage and offers seven treatment rooms and a large training room on 350 m². Thanks to barrier-free access and an elevator, the studio is easy and convenient to reach.
In addition to our state-of-the-art training programs, we also offer physiotherapy, massage and physical therapy at this location through our sister company myPhysio GmbH.
Our team consists of trainers, physiotherapists and sports scientists with many years of experience.
The core of our work is firstly that you feel professionally cared for and looked after by us and secondly that you feel comfortable working with our team.
With the premium sports provider Urban Sports Club as a partner, we can offer you an extensive range of activities on a large training area.
As at our other locations, we offer you spacious showers and changing rooms here in Rodenkirchen, which you can use before and after your workout. You can store your personal belongings in lockers during training.
The central location allows quick access to public transport. The nearest stop is "Rodenkirchen Bahnhof", which can be reached by tram line 16 and bus lines 130, 131, 135 and 146.
For those arriving by car, there are numerous parking spaces available in the surrounding area. Alternatively, you can use the parking garage at Hauptstraße 85, from where you can get directly to our practice.
