As an established sports school for self-defense, fitness and health, we work together with pediatricians, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
In the field of self-defense we teach and operate the official and only World Taekwondo recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC); as well as Hapkido and Hanmudo according to the system of the German Hanmudo Kollegium (DHK), registered at the German Trademark and Patent Office and protected by copyright!

Appointment necessary (by phone, mail or on site)
First 2 trainings free of charge, from the 3rd training on clothes must be bought on site (uniform all) and a passive membership in the club must be purchased for 11 € per year for insurance.
